PQCReady

Engage a PQC Engineer for your migration

PQCReady puts an AI engineer on your post-quantum migration. It reviews every cryptographic asset you bring in, writes a migration plan for each one, checks your vendors' answers against your own inventory, and tracks the work as it is done.

THE PROBLEM

Knowing what is exposed is not the same as migrating it.

Data encrypted today can be captured now and decrypted once quantum computers mature, so long-lived records are already at risk.

NIST published its first post-quantum standards in 2024. Moving to them is engineering work on every system, certificate, library and vendor product that relies on the older algorithms.

A readiness report is only the start. Someone with post-quantum expertise still has to check the inventory, choose the target for each asset, write the steps and chase the vendors.

HOW IT WORKS

One workflow for every asset, with an engineer at each step

  1. 01

    Enter and validate

Import what you already have: scan results, certificate exports, a CMDB or GRC register, an OMB M-23-02 worksheet or a CBOM. The engineer reviews each asset and reports what is wrong, why it matters and how to fix it.

  2. 02

    Plan the migration

For each asset the engineer writes the plan: the target algorithm and approach, the prerequisites, the steps and who does each, the tests, the rollback and the risks. You edit it.

  3. 03

    Track

Tick the steps off as the work is done. Each asset shows where it stands, and every change is logged with its value before and after.

INSIDE THE PILOT

What you see in the demo

01

A review of every asset, with the fix one click away

For each asset that is wrong or incomplete, the engineer says what is wrong, why it matters and how to fix it. Where the right value can be worked out, one click applies it.

02

A migration plan written for each asset

The target algorithm and approach, what blocks the work, and the steps with who does each. Tick them off as they are done and the asset's progress follows.

03

Vendor answers checked, and the report ready to send

The engineer compares each vendor's survey answers with what your inventory shows of its product, then writes the compliance report: every gap, contradiction and required action. Download it as Word or copy it into an email.

04

Know whether your team can deliver the plan

Enter the people you have. PQCReady sets the work the plan needs against them, role by role, and says which roles are short and by how much.

WHO IT IS FOR

Built for the people who have to deliver the migration

CISOs and security leaders

A plan you can defend: what is exposed, what moves to which algorithm, and whether the team can deliver it.

Security and platform engineers

A reviewed inventory and a step-by-step plan for each asset, instead of a blank page.

Risk, compliance and vendor managers

Vendor reports ready to send, and a log of every change with its value before and after.

UNDER THE HOOD

Production-grade, even as a pilot

  • Isolated container on AWS. Runs on its own, behind a shared load balancer.
  • HTTPS only. Every connection is encrypted with a managed certificate.
  • Secrets in a vault. Keys live in AWS Secrets Manager, never in code.
  • Invented data only. The demo starts empty and is filled from sample files; one button returns it to empty.

QUESTIONS

Before you ask

Is the PQC engineer a person?

No. It is an AI model that does the work a senior PQC engineer would do at each step. Everything it writes says it was written by the model, and you check it before you act on it. If the model cannot be reached, built-in rules do the same work and the report says so.

Is this a finished product?

It is a working pilot: a real application you can use, scoped to show the approach. A full engagement adapts it to your systems, data and reporting needs.

Does the demo use real data?

No. The demo starts empty and is filled from files that describe an invented organization, so you see how data gets in, how it is checked and how it is corrected.

How do I get into the live demo?

Request a demo and we will send sign-in details, or walk you through it on a short call.

Can it run inside our environment?

Yes. Every pilot is a self-contained container, so it can be deployed in your own cloud account or data center. The engineer's AI model is reached over the internet; without it, the built-in rules take over.
